Frank V. Favre / Senior Project Manager
Frank has 25+ years experience in the construction industry and maintains a NC contractor license in the building and electrical fields. Frank also holds certification in water, fire and storm damage restoration, along with lead and mold removal certification. Frank’s first experience was in the early 1980’s as a lead foreman in the electrical field for Burlington Industry. This involved designing and managing the electrical requirements for the machinery and lighting on a large industrial scale. In the 1990’s Frank worked as a general contractor in land development for residential and commercial construction. This including designing road, drainage and electrical layout for the development Frank also oversaw the construction of both custom and spec built homes and commercial renovations, with costs ranging from $100,000.00 to well over 1 million. Some of these projects would include Milling Way Condominiums, Charleston Ridge Housing, and commercial renovations for GEICO, Payne Webber, Alex’s restaurant and office space remodeling. In the late 1990’s to the present Frank has worked as a General Contractor in commercial, residential and industrial fields; with pre-construction planning, bidding, construction management and scheduling. Frank has been involved in working with several educational systems such as Salem College and Academy, Winston Salem State University, Wake Forest and many high schools in the area. He has helped these schools out with maintenance and future planning. Frank has also worked with major insurance companies on large loss restoration projects all over the state of North Carolina. Frank is a native of Fayetteville, NC and currently resides in Mocksville NC with his wife Alyssa and two children Megan and Lewis.
Ted Fichialos / Project Manager
Ted has over 25 years experience in the construction industry. Ted’s first 15 years experience was hands on as both a mechanic and then foreman on many projects. Ted’s experience in the construction industry range from metal stud and wood framing, hanging and finishing drywall, painting, acoustical ceilings, Efis and tile. One of the last projects Ted worked on in 2001 was the 13 story Magnolia Partners building on the corner of fourth and Trade Street in downtown Winston Salem, NC. In 1995 at the age of forty Ted decided to go to college and enrolled at Winston Salem State University majoring in history. While attending WSSU in 1996 Ted became the oldest starting football player in the country. After graduation in 2002 Ted was hired by Winston Salem State University to be the director of the Thompson Center (Student Union). Then in 2010 Ted transferred from Student Affairs to Facilities and so from 2010 until 2019 Ted was a project manager at Winston Salem State University in the department of Design and Construction. As a project manager at Winston Salem State University Ted would work with the clients throughout the campus to develop a scope for their specific projects and take them through the bidding, project management and close out process. Ted also oversaw many projects at Winston Salem State University that were design-bid- build projects. Ted would work with designers and engineers making sure that the project had a well defined scope that met both the budget and schedule. Ted oversaw as many as 3-12 projects at any given time that ranged from $1,000.00 to $400,000.00 in cost. Ted is a native of Northern California and has been in North Carolina of 30 years. Ted is currently living in Lewisville, NC with his wife Drema.
