DMR is a NC based, fully licensed and insured general contractor that delivers the majority of our projects through a negotiated price method. DMR also uses the traditional “design-bid-build” project delivery model. These contracts are usually determined through a competitive bidding process.

 

Special Projects Unit

DMR’s Special Projects Unit was developed to be able to deliver the same superior experience our customers have come to expect for over 30 years, regardless of the size and scope of the project. DMR is a self performing contractor in all areas of construction, framing, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, acoustical ceilings, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The Special Projects Unit can mobilize quickly, operates efficiently, and is adept at operating in environments that deem the project as “special”.  Like occupied spaces, aggressive schedules and tight budgets.  Our goal is to create long-term relationships with our clients by building a specific team in order to assure the success of every project.
